HelloAI offers three learning paths, HelloAI Foundations, HelloAI Student and HelloAI Professional, available to the public at no cost. A fourth, HelloAI Executive, is coming soon.

• HelloAI Foundations: For anyone curious about artificial intelligence, with no technical background required. Whether you're a healthcare professional, a student, a patient, or simply interested in how AI is shaping the world, this module gives you a clear and practical introduction.
• HelloAI Student: For medical, nursing, pharmacy and allied-health students. Six short courses on what AI really is, study techniques that make you work harder rather than less, and responsible use around patients and evidence. One rule runs through all of it: AI is a scaffold, not a substitute.
• HelloAI Professional: For healthcare professionals, students, and researchers who want to understand how AI can be applied in real clinical and operational settings. The module focuses on practical applications and insights to support decision-making, innovation, and leadership.
• HelloAI Executive: For healthcare leaders and decision makers. A self-paced online module on AI strategy, ownership, governance, ROI, and adoption across a health system. It's coming soon, and you can sign in to join the waitlist.

HelloAI Foundations, HelloAI Student and HelloAI Professional are available to the public at no cost, open to anyone worldwide. No enrollment fee, no paywall.

HelloAI Executive comes in two forms: an interactive leadership workshop priced for health systems, and a self-paced online version that is coming soon, with a waitlist open.

The content is delivered as short, self-contained units you take at your own pace:

• HelloAI Foundations: About 1 hour
• HelloAI Student: 4 to 6 hours
• HelloAI Professional: More than 20 hours, and we add new courses regularly

Your exact commitment will vary based on your prior knowledge, study habits, and any background in healthcare or IT.

HelloAI Foundations: No prior knowledge required.

HelloAI Student: Written for medical, nursing, pharmacy and allied-health students. No technical background is needed.

HelloAI Professional: A general understanding of healthcare or IT and some familiarity with AI in healthcare is recommended.

There's no separate sign-up step. Click Sign in, enter your email, and accept the privacy notice. We'll email you an 8-digit code, no password needed. Enter the code to sign in, and your account is created automatically the first time. You'll land on the catalog, where you can choose a module and start learning right away.

After you sign in, you'll find all course content, live session links, and recordings in your catalog.

Yes. Institutions, hospital networks, and team leads can reach out directly to arrange group enrollment. Request a demo and we'll work out the details with you.

You'll receive a Certificate of Completion with your name, the module completed, and the completion date. The certificate is signed by all institutions collaborating on HelloAI.

No. HelloAI modules are non-degree programs and do not provide university credits.

No. HelloAI is not accredited for CME, CPD, or continuing education credits in any system. You receive a Certificate of Completion, but it does not count toward formal licensing or recertification requirements.

Yes. The courses are self-paced, but all activities must be completed within 12 months of starting your first course to qualify for a certificate.

Yes. HelloAI Foundations, HelloAI Student and HelloAI Professional are 100% online, with self-paced modules, presentations, Q&A sessions, and live events accessible from anywhere. HelloAI Executive is a self-paced online module, coming soon.

We host two types of live events:

• Live Event Sessions: Three guest speaker presentations followed by a Q&A with participants.
• Journal Club Sessions: Small, interactive discussions of selected scientific papers.

All sessions are held on Zoom. Upcoming sessions are listed on our website and announced by email. Anyone enrolled in a HelloAI module can join.

Yes. All live sessions are recorded and available to HelloAI Professional participants for the duration of the program.

Yes. The program includes interactive components such as live events where you can engage with instructors and peers.
