How do I complete my registration?

Choose your preferred module and click Enroll Now. Fill in the account form and complete your purchase. On the next screen, you’ll create your Thinkific account—and that’s it, you’re in.

What’s the refund policy?

You can cancel within 3 working days of joining a course for a full refund. Pre-registrations can be withdrawn anytime before the course launches, also with a full refund. After the 3-day period, refunds are not available.

Do I earn university credit for this course?

No. HelloAI Professional is a non-degree program and does not provide university credits.

What’s the format of HelloAI events?

We host two types of live events:

• Live Event Sessions: Three guest speaker presentations followed by a Q&A with participants.
• Journal Club Sessions: Small, interactive discussions of selected scientific papers.

All sessions are held on Zoom. Upcoming sessions are listed on our website and announced by email. Everyone enrolled in a course can join.
