• HelloAI Foundations: Perfect for anyone curious about artificial intelligence, with no technical background required. Whether you're a healthcare professional, a student, a patient, or simply interested in how AI is shaping the world, this course gives you a clear and practical introduction.
• HelloAI Professional: For healthcare professionals, students, and researchers who want to understand how AI can be applied in real clinical and operational settings. The course focuses on practical applications and insights to support decision-making, innovation, and leadership.
• HelloAI Executive: Designed for healthcare leaders and decision makers. Currently offered as an interactive classroom-style workshop for leaders who want to explore AI strategy and sustainable adoption in depth. A self-paced online version, HelloAI Executive Light, is coming soon. You can join the waitlist on helloaiprofessional.com.

Mostly. HelloAI Foundations and HelloAI Professional are 100% online, with self-paced modules, presentations, Q&A sessions, and live events accessible from anywhere. HelloAI Executive is an in-person workshop.

HelloAI Foundations and HelloAI Professional are free, open to anyone worldwide. No enrollment fee, no paywall.

HelloAI Executive is currently in pilot stage. Pricing for health systems will be determined based on the scope and requirements of each individual engagement.

There's no separate sign-up step. Click Sign in, enter your email, and accept the privacy notice. We'll email you an 8-digit code, no password needed. Enter the code to sign in, and your account is created automatically the first time. You'll land on the catalog, where you can choose a module and start learning right away.

No. HelloAI Professional is a non-degree program and does not provide university credits.

No. HelloAI is not accredited for CME, CPD, or continuing education credits in any system. You receive a Certificate of Completion, but it does not count toward formal licensing or recertification requirements.

We host two types of live events:

• Live Event Sessions: Three guest speaker presentations followed by a Q&A with participants.
• Journal Club Sessions: Small, interactive discussions of selected scientific papers.

All sessions are held on Zoom. Upcoming sessions are listed on our website and announced by email. Everyone enrolled in a course can join.

Yes. All live sessions are recorded and available to HelloAI Professional participants for the duration of the program.

The content is delivered as short, self-contained lessons you take at your own pace:

• HelloAI Foundations: About 1 hour
• HelloAI Professional: About 20 hours, and we add new courses regularly

Your exact commitment will vary based on your prior knowledge, study habits, and any background in healthcare or IT.

HelloAI Foundations: No prior knowledge required.

HelloAI Professional: A general understanding of healthcare or IT and some familiarity with AI in healthcare is recommended.

After signing up, you access all course content, live session links, and recordings on helloaiprofessional.com.

Yes. The program includes interactive components such as live events where you can engage with instructors and peers.

Yes. The courses are self-paced, but all activities must be completed within 12 months of starting your first course to qualify for a certificate.

You'll receive a Certificate of Completion with your name, the module completed, and the completion date. The certificate is signed by all institutions collaborating on HelloAI.

Yes. Institutions, hospital networks, and team leads can reach out directly to arrange bulk enrollments. Contact us and we'll work out the details with you.
