Health systems, universities and professional associations can now link their people to HelloAI, follow progress and certificates per module, and add their own material next to our lessons. The institution features are in beta, and we're looking for a small group of institutions to test them with us.

Your people, linked by email domain
Tell us your staff email domain. Every account confirmed at that domain is linked to your institution, including people who signed up before you joined. Your admins can also add colleagues one at a time.
Progress per module, in plain words
One row per person and one column per module: certified, expires, expired, in progress or not started. Search, filter and download the list when your board, a regulator or an accrediting body asks who has been trained.
Your own material next to our lessons
Add links to your protocols, intranet courses and policies, placed beside the HelloAI lesson they belong to and labeled with your name. Links can only point to web addresses we have approved for your institution.
A record that outlasts staff turnover
When someone leaves, you keep the record of what they finished up to the day they left and see nothing after it. Certificates show when they expire, so you can see who is due to recertify.
Built for your data protection review.
Your admins see each person's name, email address and job title, which courses and modules they finished and when, their certificates, and how far through a course they are if they haven't finished it. That includes what they completed before the link was made.
They never see quiz answers or scores, anything typed into an exercise, feedback given to us, how long someone spends or when they sign in, or what people told us about themselves when they joined.
Each time one of your admins opens a person's record, the access is logged. When our team views your institution, that access is logged as well, in a log your admins can read. People who use HelloAI on their own, with no institution, see no change.
We're looking for beta institutions.
The console is live and in use. Before it opens more widely, we want a few more institutions of different sizes and kinds to use it with real staff and tell us where it falls short.

What we ask
- One named person to act as your institution admin.
- A staff email domain you control, and a group of staff to start with, from one department to the whole organization.
- A few short calls to tell us what worked, what was missing, and what your data protection team asked.
- Acceptance that features and screens will change during the beta, based on what participants report.
